Planning tools
The checklist, budget planner and next-steps tool run in your browser. They do not submit your entries to Victor or save them in a website lead database. Closing or refreshing the page can clear your work. Downloaded files are saved where your browser places them on your device.
Prepared text messages and calls
The contact form builds a text-message draft locally. Nothing is sent by the website. When you choose to open your messaging app and send, your provider and recipient process the message under their own services. Calling uses your device's telephone app. Standard carrier charges may apply.
Information you choose to send or discuss may be used to respond to your inquiry and handle your requested real estate conversation. A draft or call does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or create an agency relationship. Avoid sending financial account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive records through this form.
Website operations
No third-party advertising pixels, marketing analytics scripts or tracking cookies have been added to this site. The hosting provider may process ordinary request, security and access logs to operate the service. External source links take you to other sites with their own policies.
